Funding Disclosure Policy

Last updated: May 8, 2026

Trust starts with transparency. This policy describes what we disclose to every borrower and how we handle compensation from our lending partners.

Compensation

Our service is free for business owners. We are typically compensated by the lending partner when a loan is funded.

Our compensation does not affect the rate, fees, or terms of your loan. We only present offers we believe are genuinely competitive for your situation, and we disclose all offers — not just the ones that pay us most.

Material terms shown on every offer

For every offer presented, we disclose: the loan amount, the cost of capital (APR or factor rate), the term length, the payment schedule, all fees (origination, closing, prepayment, draw, maintenance), and any state-mandated disclosures.

Where APR is available, we calculate and disclose it. Where APR is not the appropriate measure (e.g., merchant cash advances), we present the factor rate plus an estimated APR equivalent for comparison.

Lender relationships

Fine Point Lending is a subsidiary of Faster Funding. We work with 75+ lending partners. We do not have an exclusive relationship with any single lender.

When we recommend a specific structure or lender, the recommendation is based on your business profile and the offers available — not on commission economics.

Estimates and projections

Rate ranges, qualification thresholds, and funding-timeline estimates published on our website reflect current market conditions and historical results across our network. They are not guarantees.

Actual offers are determined by the underwriting lender based on your specific circumstances.

Regulatory disclosures

California, New York, Utah, Virginia, Connecticut, Georgia, and other states require specific commercial financing disclosures for offers presented in those states. These are delivered by the funding lender as part of any binding offer.
